PHP script 'E:\userhost\My123\wwwroot\index.php' is protected by SourceGuardian and requires a SourceGuardian loader 'ixed.7.4.win' to be installed.

1) Download the required loader 'ixed.7.4.win' from the SourceGuardian site: https://www.sourceguardian.com/loaders/download.php?php_v=7.4.33&php_ts=0&php_is=8&os_s=Windows+NT&os_r=10.0&os_m=AMD64
2) Install the loader to ./ext
3) Edit D:\Hostser\phpweb\php74\php.ini and add 'extension=ixed.7.4.win' directive
